Summer Camp 2025
What a magical 4 days it’s been at our Encanto-themed summer camp! From the moment our young performers walked through the door, the studio was filled with colour, creativity, and an incredible amount of casita-style energy.
With songs in their hearts and magic in their imaginations, our two groups worked hard all week learning dances, acting scenes, and mastering musical numbers inspired by Disney’s beloved Encanto. From Mirabel’s determination to Isabela’s grace and Bruno’s... well, secrecy, the children brought the Madrigal family to life in their own unique and brilliant ways!
What We Got Up To
Each day was packed with singing, dancing, drama games, and creative challenges — all centred around the vibrant world of Encanto. Our students showed incredible enthusiasm as they explored character building, storytelling, and teamwork.
Whether it was learning high-energy group numbers or rehearsing scene work, both groups amazed us with their talent, focus, and positive energy.
What Makes YOU Special?
One of the week’s most magical moments came during our "Design Your Own Magical Candle" activity. Each child created a unique candle that represented their own special gift or talent — just like the Madrigals!
Whether it was kindness, creativity, humour, courage, or imagination, every candle told a story of what made that performer shine. This thoughtful and creative exercise reminded us that everyone has a little magic inside them — and it doesn’t need a glowing door to show it.
Showcase Highlights
The week ended with a wonderful showcase where both groups performed what they had created. Parents and family members were invited to see just how much had been achieved in only four days — and they were blown away! From heartfelt solos to full ensemble dances, the children truly shone. It was a celebration of hard work, confidence, and the joy of performance.
